A Sneak Peek at the Future of AssetTrack
At AMI’s User Summit Webinar this past December, our CEO Tom Watson shared an exciting look into what AMI has been building over the past several years: AssetTrack on the AMI Platform.
As asset management continues to evolve, organizations are looking for solutions that offer greater flexibility, faster innovation, and the ability to integrate across their business systems without being tied to a single ecosystem. That shift is what inspired AMI’s next major investment.
AssetTrack on the AMI Platform represents a modern, low-code foundation designed to support the future of asset management. Built to integrate with systems across procurement, finance, HR, and beyond, the platform is designed to give organizations more control, more configurability, and a more connected asset management experience.
For existing AssetTrack customers, this evolution is about expanding possibilities—not replacing what already works. AMI remains fully committed to supporting and enhancing AssetTrack for ServiceNow while also creating new options for customers who want greater flexibility outside of traditional platform constraints.
The new platform will enable:
- More customization options for workflows, forms, and auditing processes
- Faster product updates and innovation cycles
- More flexible data modeling and integrations
- A modernized user experience
- Expanded capabilities for large-scale auditing, lifecycle management, analytics, and remote asset validation
During the webinar, Tom also introduced AMI’s Early Adopter Program, which will allow select customers to help shape the future of the platform through direct collaboration with our product team.
This platform initiative represents one of the largest strategic investments AMI has made in years—and we’re excited to continue building the future of asset management alongside our customers.
